Reporting to the Director, Fido & chatr Channel Marketing, this position is responsible to help lead and execute programs supporting the chatr brand and Retail.  This position is also responsible for coordinating the delivery of a variety of chatr marketing programs into our Retail channels.  The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of technical and leadership skills, combined with experience at successfully navigating complex cross-functional environments.



  • Work closely with chatr Marketing and Channels to ensure the successful launch of new programs and services into Retail
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of all new chatr programs and quarterly plans into the sales channels (Branded and Partner)
  • Act as the link between Sales and Marketing by identifying channel needs or gaps and identify ways to address them
  • Ensure 360° program success by liaising with various CBU teams and GTM team to ensure timeliness, consistency, and precision for launches
  • Tailor presentations targeted to SLT audiences



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecommunications Industry in a sales and support environment
  • Post-secondary education in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven skills in the preparation of professional presentations and documents
  • Able to manage a large number of projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with proven track record of program implementation and planning
  • Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Is self-motivated, resourceful and proactive – tackles issues head-on and addresses them
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
  • Understanding of the Rogers Sales Organization an asset
