The commercial lead will be responsible for execution of marketing campaigns focusing on key consumer segments withing the base: such as involuntary churn, revenue generating base tactics including add a line and cross sell wireless products to residential base The candidate will support end to end all aspects of this portfolio: performance management, planning, execution, and measurement of programs. Working with a cross functional team coming from brand, Sales, CRM ops, pricing, digital, retail and care, the candidate will design a fulsome array of marketing initiatives to achieve their KPI target while embracing the Agile Marketing values.
What you will do:
- Support short-term and long-term planning of segment specific campaigns and Quarterly planning.
- In collaboration with the cross-functional team, ensure full channel execution (Pricing, Creatives, CIF, A&O, Frontline communications, Digital)
- Provide Post Implementation Review, and use findings to define “what’s next?”
- Interpret and monitor daily/weekly Inflow KPIs to identify, develop and execute on opportunities to optimize Inflow results
- Be ready to step up to other acquisition program to help the team and become a more T-Shape team member
- Actively participate to Pricing Chapter
What you will bring:
- 3+ years marketing experience in medium or large business
- Business, marketing, Finance or Communication degree is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong negotiation and leadership skills are a must.
- Ability to understand metrics and recommend logical actions based on findings
- Sense of curiosity to understand what works/doesn’t work and find options to make things work
- Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship building capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and in a group environment
- Must be able to manage multiple projects, multiple stakeholders and work within tight deadlines
- MS Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
