We’re looking for a Manager to join our Audience Insights team, who manages custom market research projects that support decision making across the Rogers Sports & Media business. Our team supports all aspects of the RSM business, and the successful candidate will be able to provide input into decisions for our thriving brands, including (but not limited to) Sportsnet, Citytv, Today’s Shopping Choice (TSC) and our portfolio of radio stations across the country.


What you will do…

  • Manage brand tracking & custom research projects in collaboration with marketing, sales & fellow insights team members
  • Gain an understanding of the business problems facing our brands & teams, and provide data-led insights to help decision making across the business
  • Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources
  • Synthesize data into actionable insights that can be clearly communicated & understood by stakeholders


What you will bring…

  • Expertise in online research skills, including questionnaire design, survey programming, sampling techniques
  • Experience managing brand tracking research projects
  • Advanced data analysis skills (factor analysis, linear regression, cluster/segmentation analysis, conjoint analysis, etc.) with experience working with data in Excel, SPSS, and/or R
  • Strong communication & storytelling skills and ability to present insights to internal & external stakeholders
  • Data visualization skills with ability to build reports in PowerPoint, PowerBI, and/or Tableau
  • Strong collaboration & organization skills to be able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong willingness to collaborate with stakeholders & other insights team members to understand business problems and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with qualitative research (e.g. focus groups, in-depth interviewing, etc.) considered an asset
