The Sales Enablement Manager for Microsoft will be a member of the Rogers for Business (R4B) Sales Enablement team and be accountable for the readiness and acceleration of enterprise sales for the Microsoft portfolio nationally. 

 

Two roles are available, each aligned to a market segment: (1) Small & Medium Business Sales (SMB), and (2) Commercial Enterprise Sales (ENT).

 

This critical sales support function requires an individual who will take ownership of Microsoft results, work closely with the Collaboration Product Management Team, and effectively partner with all cross-functional stakeholders.

The successful candidate will understand software-based services and the supplier-reseller relationship between Microsoft and telecom carriers. They will also possess a deep understanding of business market dynamics and be a leader and self-starter. 

 

The R4B Sales Enablement & Training Team within R4B represents the best interests of the sales teams nationally. They partner cross-functionally to deliver sales-facing programs in a consistent and effective way. Team success is measured through strong internal networks and the ability to positively impact overall business sales performance.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Implement an Enablement & Training strategy that delivers the work necessary to achieve sales targets
  • Design and manage Microsoft learning journeys which encourage consistent and relevant skills development for sales
  • Demonstrate accountability for the successful delivery of all activities supporting sales, including product training, sales collateral, sales enablement, and overall engagement
  • Recommend and operationalize sales processes between Microsoft and Rogers
  • Enable sales staff with the tools and knowledge required to effectively articulate Microsoft solutions offerings and close deals with ease and confidence
  • Review KPIs monthly and highlight insights and recommendations for improvements 
  • Represent the Sales Enablement team as a member of the Regional Pod (SMB Role) and Collaboration Product Management Team
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within Microsoft, Sales, and the broader R4B organization


What you will bring:

  • Ability to navigate through complex organizational dynamics and use influence to arrive at desired outcome
  • Experience in sales, project management, and/or channels management
  • Understanding of software-based services and supplier-reseller relationships
  • Keen interest in learning new tools and experience working with technology
  • Strong sales and business acumen
  • The ability to be efficient and productive with little supervision and the ability to work quickly and exceed goals 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively with different levels of management
  • An overwhelming desire to have fun, work hard, take risks, and drive R4B Sales to the next level with a passionate group of professionals!
