As part of Rogers Digital, the Converged Experience team is building and executing a digital strategy that focuses on the customer experience for all digital interactions. The Converged Strategy revolves around creating an agnostic roadmap across all lines of business (e.g. Connected Home, Wireless).  This will be done in partnership with our digital and non-digital teams, interlocking with groups like Agile Marketing squads, Convoys, Demand Management and Tech Hub. We will also be looking at ways to enhance and improve customer experience at all stages of the customer lifecycle, across all digital properties.

We’re looking for a team player to join the team and be our next Manager, Strategy.

You’re a digital strategist, and with your help, we can create a future-ready frictionless digital experience to support the evolution of Rogers.
You will support the consumer business by establishing, delivering, iterating on and evolving an innovative roadmap that supports an intuitive digital customer experience.


What you will do

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Converged Strategy, you will contribute to the creation of an ecosystem that spans channels, products and lines of business by collaborating and co-creating solutions between Digital and our business partners.  You will develop, maintain and grow relationships with our partners to deliver on key priorities while shaping the North Star ecosystem.


  • Develop and execute the digital converged strategy and 2021 plan and beyond
  • Act as a digital subject matter expert and key partner, especially with Agile Marketing squads and Convoys
  • Act as a technical translator to ensure a deep understanding between our IT, Digital, and Business partners – ensuring one clear line of communication
  • Advise, consult and socialize with key stakeholders involved in prioritized initiatives; document business opportunities, recommend digital solutions and provide timelines and budget impacts as needed
  • Manage multiple projects, deliverables and priorities; taking those projects from concept through to launch
  • Assist with prioritization as part of annual and quarterly planning as required
  • Drive the digital strategies to support the overall customer experience transformation
  • Conduct planning activities as required to prepare roadmaps and proactively identify changes in the business and technology landscape
  • Align across various digital streams to create and maintain a unified strategy and plan
  • Manage requests for changes from various stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Drive new intake process for digital enhancements to align with Converged strategy
  • Evolve the digital experience and roll up to the Converged Strategy
  • Ability to analyze and define requirements and prioritize based on ROI and P&L
