Rogers is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its retail marketing team at TSC.

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting TSC’s digital marketing strategy with a primary focus on email marketing execution. This role is responsible for building, testing, and deploying daily email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery.

 

The ideal candidate will analyze campaign performance, develop data‑driven insights, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion results. In addition to email, the Marketing Coordinator will contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including promotions, events, and social media content planning and execution.

 

What you will do:

  • Execute daily email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including content development and setup, QA, and deployment.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on emerging email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative approaches to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Support promotional planning and event‑based marketing activities across multiple channels.
  • Contribute to social media content development, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and integration across all marketing initiatives.

 

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management — experience with email marketing is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP) including email setup, QA, segmentation, and deployment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and comfort supporting content planning, posting, and reporting.
  • Proactive learner who stays current on email marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
