Marketing Manager New Customer Acquisition

Marketing Journeys Team

As a member of the Marketing Journeys team and key focus on the Prospect Management program, you will execute and manage the strategies and programs required to deliver prospect growth and revenue. You will own and lead projects to continuously add new prospective customers to the database. You will be come an expert at identifying key moments in a prospect’s journey to engage and nurture them through to conversion.  You will manage the discovery and implementation of new capabilities. You will support prospective customers across the Rogers Wireless, Connected Home and Fido brands.  
What you will do
•    Partner with Brand, Marketing, Sales Channels, and Corporate Partnership teams to identify new sources of leads and prospective customers
•    Design marketing journeys – end to end view of customer actions, to identify areas of opportunity to grow prospect volume and drive higher conversions
•    Identify remarketing opportunities and create campaigns – i.e. emails, abandon cart tactics, drive to sales channels - to nurture prospects throughout their path to purchase
•    Lead programs with cross-functional teams, brief program objectives/goals, campaign requirements
•    Lead programs to align technical teams: Digital, partner agencies, IT, to deliver the capabilities and integrations needed to capture new leads and automated remarketing campaigns
•    Coordinate with partners to drive excellence in project/campaign execution
•    Oversee partner agency to manage prospect database, email campaign setup, deployments and optimizations
•    Review customer facing material to ensure key message is conveyed
•    Leverage reporting results to optimize campaigns or implement enhancements
•    Assist in managing the prospect database and tech stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) including the data makeup, segmentation optimizations, and supporting automations/reporting processes

What you bring:
•    3+ years of managing marketing projects and campaign execution in large organizations. Experience in acquisition marketing/prospecting is an asset.
•    3+ years of email marketing experience, exposure to or hands on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is an asset
•    Superior organizational and planning skills; ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
•    Superior thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
•    Proven stakeholder management abilities; collaborative approach and lead by influence across teams
•    Excellent communication skills; oral, written and presentation skills
•    Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to take initiative and work autonomously
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
