We are looking for inquisitive, passionate and adaptable performance marketer that has a knack for turning data analytics and customer insights into a story that informs business decisions. You will be joining the Rogers for Business team at an exciting stage of our digital transformation journey, playing an important role in the evolution of marketing campaigns and operations through the analysis and interpretation of data.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital and Marketing Technology, you will implement tools and strategies to translate data into valuable business insights. You have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence to support our goal to be a data-driven, performance-focused team. You are a master at creating marketing dashboards that provide analysis of campaign performance metrics, including customer audiences, product mix, and behavioural attributes from analytic tools such as GA360 or Adobe.  

What you will be doing:

  • Create visual dashboards to measure overall marketing campaign performance against KPIs, as well as individual tactics, attribution, lead volumes, customer journey analysis, sales, product mix and more
  • Measure performance across acquisition, base, digital and content marketing campaigns
  • Provide insights that inform go-to-market strategies, regional pricing and bundling strategies to increase market penetration
  • Monitor website and digital metrics, suggest improvements for key performance KPI’s (i.e. traffic, visitor insights, customer journey, leads, online sales)
  • Create and execute test cases for important website features, channel strategies and analyze results with an optimization mindset
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external) on any required business cases where performance metrics, ROI, and channel metrics required
  • Contribute to the development of a performance-based ecosystem – enabling the larger team with metrics and insights to support investments and tactical investment considerations
  • Develop and manage the creation and dissemination of reports and performance dashboards
  • Perform data queries and related analysis on our customer database (Salesforce) including segmentation breakdown, cluster analysis and look-a-like modeling
  • Develop data models, performance measurement frameworks and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data models, reporting dashboards, data automation systems, and performance metrics support that support key business decisions

What you bring to the role:

  • Ability to define strategies based on business goals & customer insights, lead with a hypothesis and translate them into actionable tests & implementation plans
  • Passion for using customer insights to improve end-to-end experiences
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of focusing on high impact activities & driving initiatives through to execution
  • The ability to communicate effectively, inform, guide and educate is essential
  • Experience working with visualization tools such as Power BI, DOMO, Tableau or similar
  • Experience with Salesforce suite of tools including Lightning, Marketing Cloud, Einstein or similar
  • Post-Secondary Education in Data Science, Data Analytics, or related degree/education
  • Prior proven experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement
  • Solid experience in data analysis and reporting, ecommerce experience is an asset
  • Proficient with Excel and relational databases

While the Rogers for Business Head Office is in Toronto, ON this position is open to candidates in all work locations across Canada.
