National Contract Coordinator

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Contracts Administration, the National Contract Coordinator will support the Consumer Major Accounts Eastern Sales Teams and will be responsible for ensuring that key legal documents are administered in the Rogers Contracts Database, Legal Contracts Repository and Billing Systems.

 

Please note : This is a 6-month contract.

 

What you'll do:

  • Process contracts using contracts database and applicable billing systems
  • Upload all fully executed contracts into the legal data repository
  • Retrieve files for Account Executives
  • Contract administration as it relates to rates and services and contract expiry dates
  • Maintenance and auditing of accounts in our billing systems and databases related to Consumer Major Accounts agreements
  • Respond to all internal emails and telephone inquiries, providing information as requested
  • Assist with other projects as required 


What you bring: 

  • Degree or Diploma (or equivalent combinations of experience and training)
  • Experience with Sales or Contract Databases (ie. Salesforce) preferred but not required
  • Experience with Rogers Billing system(s) (SGI/Maestro) preferred but not required
  • Contract Management knowledge
  • Experience or exposure in the Contract Administration process
  • Strong business acumen and detail oriented
  • Skills that allow for working independently with little supervision
  • Self motivated with excellent organization skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint)
  • Strong communication skills – oral and written are essential
  • Ability to work accurately, effectively and under pressure
  • Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with others as a team
