Areas of Interest:
New Graduates will receive rotational opportunities within our Wireless, Home, or Business teams. We are committed to providing on-the-job learning to further support formal training, coaching, and mentoring. You will develop business acumen, acquire organizational awareness, and gain an understanding of the customer and frontline experiences. Participants will also be part of a social community where they will learn from other fellow New Grads and have access to a wide support system.


Program Design:
•    12-month program that includes two or three role rotations 
•    Permanent and full-time placement after the rotational program ends

Required Qualifications :
•    Entering your final year of your bachelor’s degree or other post-secondary program OR have completed your degree between 2021 and 2023, in the following field of studies: Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Journalism, Management, Marketing, or any other related programs to Business. 
•    Must have graduated before the end of June 2023 
•    Strong analytical and methodical troubleshooting skills 
•    Critical thinking skills
•    Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel for manipulating and summarizing data and PowerPoint for organizing and presenting results
•    Customer service, sales, sales process, communication, and project management skills are considered assets
•    For our Montreal opportunities: bilingual in French and English is required
