Reporting to the Senior Manager, Channel Marketing, and Lead Management, the Partner Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the Partner Marketing plans for Rogers Business, as well as campaigns and programs to help the B2B channel achieve its sales targets.

 

What you will do:

  • Create the Partner Channel Marketing strategy – develop and execute marketing programs to drive adoption of Rogers Business products and services to support the strategy.
  • Develop co-marketing plans in conjunction with Partner Business Managers and the greater Rogers Business Marketing team in addition to managing partner MDF (marketing development funds) and the review/approval of plans.
  • Align and communicate with Partners to increase engagement (mass campaigns, available collateral, new marketing material, etc.) - including delivery of scalable content and training/events to support the delivery of communication.
  • Work cross-functionally within the marketing and sales organizations to deliver programs, tactics, and assets to the partner channel to help drive leads.
  • Management and revamp of the Partner Program and Partner Portal.
  • Contribute to Partner Business Manager objectives through highly targeted marketing campaigns and tactics.
  • Plan and execute on Partner events in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
  • Track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and programs and make timely changes if needed.

 

What you will bring:

  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years of Field or Channel Marketing experience
  • Experience with wireless portfolios and/or third-party partners an asset
  • Must be able to work in a professional, fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity
  • Think outside of the box, and be willing to try new things
  • A passion for B2B marketing, relationship management, and sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client success experience an asset, building relationships and influencing outcomes
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and influence decisions
  • Proven ability to develop, foster and maintain relationships (internal and external)
  • Ability to work independently to achieve goals and meet deadlines
  • Project management skills, attention to detail and creativity a plus
  • B2B marketing, telco and events experience an asset
