We’re looking for a Product Manager, IoT Solutions. This is a critical role, as Rogers has been the leader in IoT connectivity for many years and is now scaling an IoT solutions business. You will get to work on a range of solutions that solve key business challenges. This role will be focussed on

  • Product strategy and management
  • Commercial management
  • Go-to-market

What you will do:

Enhance our Product portfolio

  • Develop short term and long term strategies and plans for the solutions portfolio
  • Understand and clearly articulate industry trends along with competitive analysis

Product management

  • Partner and work with market leading solution providers - manage the end-to-end lifecycle including evaluation, onboarding and go-to-market
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders to successfully launch new products and manage existing products in market

Commercial management

  • Determine commercial and pricing strategies for your products to meet business objectives
  • Support Sales in winning opportunities and RFP responses including custom pricing when needed  

Drive go-to-market initiatives for your products

  • Engage and work through partners in marketing, sales and operations
  • Launch initiatives to drive awareness across the sales channel and customers
  • Create initiatives to generate leads for the sales channels
  • Improve processes for operational efficiency and to provide the best customer experience

What you will bring:

  • Financial acumen beyond just running a spreadsheet.  Must understand key drivers in a business case, forecasting, pricing models, and be able to effectively communicate the value to the business
  • Prior IoT experience considered an asset
  • Ability to translate customer needs to business requirements clarity and ease
  • A logical thinker with strong research and analytical skills.  This candidate is able to see the "big picture" and understand where and when improvements would be required.
