Product Manager, Enterprise Network and API

We need a Product Manager to take the helm of the Rogers for Business Network and API portfolio. It is a role based out of Toronto and reports into the Senior Manager, Rogers for Business Wireless Core Services, inside Product Management group of the Rogers for Business Unit. This role manages one of the key strategic portfolios in the R4B.


What you will do:

  • Drive the Rogers for Business Network and API to achieve key performance indicators including new Corporate logos and revenue.
  • Build strategy and roadmap for new product functionality and improvements to current offerings, such as 5G, Inbuilding, API, etc. ensuring benchmarks to best in-class customer experiences.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on both strategy and execution on components such as new product development and launches, marketing and pricing strategies, value prop development along with selection and integration of strategic partners.
  • Develop high level business cases to guide decision and work with Finance to refine business cases to gain program and/or project funding approval.
  • Clearly document and communicate objectives, requirements, and product designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work closely with IT and Business Technology teams to develop solutions with excellent cost efficiency.
  • Manage work back schedule on all deliverables, following all the processes to ensure deadlines are met
  • Represent the Rogers for Business interests in company-wide wireless Network product launches with the Consumer Business Unit.
  • Gather and provide insights on industry research and competitive intelligence.
  • Develop and update regular product dashboard to track product performance.
  • Serve as subject matter expert of this portfolio and share knowledge with other teams.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team

  • Strong work ethic and can manage stress well
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Adjusts quickly to shifting priorities and rapid change
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or Science
  • Prior wireless industry experience with a solid understanding of wireless products and market
