What you will do:

  • Shape our digital Browse product vision, a web experience manager, with a focus on delivering personalized web experiences
  • Act as the bridge between merchandising, content creators and relevant teams across the business, working to agree and action new content and web experience structures to support the development within our digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the digital CMS platform (Contentful) and digital content team to enable web experiences with high operational efficiency and maximum content reuse
  • Work collaboratively with the Rogers Digital Design / Angular CDK team to enable consistent web experiences and support expanding the Design System code component inventory
  • Define and prioritize User Stories for all new features and components of web CMS. Participate in sprint demos and planning to identify testing needs
  • Support platform migration from legacy systems into Contentful and into the Browse product
  • Provide onboarding and training to other product owners, content publishers and page creators
  • Build feedback loops with users of the website, content publishers and page creators
  • Build product with the highest standard of reliability (> 99.95% uptime), user experience and speed performance (best in class core web vitals)


What you will bring:

  • Proficient with the Agile framework and how teams should be working within it
  • Experience with a modern headless CMS like Contentful and building a web frontend product
  • Experience with integrating A/B testing frameworks and personalization engines like Adobe Target
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Data driven
  • Good understanding of user journeys and navigation
  • Good understanding of SEO practice, core web vitals and site performance
  • Product leadership within a cross functional team made up of development, UX, QA and CMS subject matter experts
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate business and web experience concepts to technical and non-technical professionals
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders and internal consumers of the CMS
