Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Assurance, the successful candidate will be a motivated and energetic contributor with expert knowledge of controls, data analytics and reporting.


What you'll do:


  • Execute Revenue Assurance controls for the wireless portfolio and perform analysis on reporting to identify potential issues
  • Support projects/programs through execution of new and existing Revenue Assurance controls
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders as required to resolve issues or identify and implement opportunities that improve operational processes
  • Provide expertise and leadership in analytics and reporting on Revenue Assurance related matters
  • Review Wireless controls to identify process and control improvements including highlighting potential revenue related risks
  • Conduct deep dive analysis with large volumes of data to support Revenue Assurance initiatives
  • Undertake self-initiated analysis to uncover opportunities or instances of revenue or cost exposure/overbilling
  • Generate business case and/or cost benefit statements to support analysis and key findings for any revenue recovery opportunities


What you'll bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics or Mathematics required
  • 2+ years' of experience analyzing revenue and revenue drivers 
  • Knowledge of SAS/SQL is an asset 
  • Experience in Revenue Assurance and/or Wireless is an asset 
  • Knowledge in Accounting and Finance is an asset 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written) and ability to present to senior management 
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, detail oriented and relentless in the pursuit of excellence 
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced / performance driven environment
