SMB Digital Channel Manager (SMB)
Our Business team is at the forefront of driving Rogers' digital transformation, helping SMB customers adopt digital channels while accelerating sales growth and revenue performance.
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented SMB Digital Channel Manager to own performance management and growth strategy for Rogers' SMB digital sales channels.
In this role, you will serve as the single point of accountability for SMB digital sales performance, leading cross-functional alignment across Digital, Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver against sales, adoption, and revenue objectives. You will use data, forecasting, and performance insights to drive growth opportunities and performance improvements, optimize the customer journey, and improve digital conversion performance.

What You'll Do
Digital Sales Performance Management
- Own performance management of SMB digital sales targets and revenue commitments.
- Establish weekly targets, pacing plans, and performance reviews to ensure achievement of annual objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to close gaps against plan.
- Develop performance scorecards and reporting to provide visibility into key business metrics.
- Lead the development of recovery plans and recommendations when performance is below target.
- Serve as the business owner for SMB digital sales performance and reporting.
Forecasting & Business Planning
- Develop quarterly forecasts and risk assessments for digital sales performance.
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to align digital forecasts with broader business objectives.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and business outcomes.
- Develop business cases and investment recommendations for new revenue and growth initiatives.
- Present performance updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership teams.
Funnel Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Build and maintain end-to-end digital funnel reporting and insights.
- Analyze customer behavior, conversion performance, offer uptake, abandonment points, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and partner with Digital, Product, and Technology teams to improve customer experiences and conversion rates.
- Develop reporting and insights by product, offer, campaign, and customer segment.
- Lead prioritization of digital sales performance initiatives based on customer and business impact.
Revenue Growth & Opportunity Identification
- Continuously identify and quantify new opportunities to improve digital sales performance and revenue growth.
- Develop recommendations to enhance:
- Offer performance
- Pricing effectiveness
- Cross-sell and attach rates
- Digital adoption
- Conversion optimization
- Track business benefits and measure initiative performance through implementation.
- Establish and monitor revenue opportunity pipelines and realization plans.
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in digital sales, eCommerce, business analytics, revenue management, performance marketing, management consulting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing performance against sales, revenue, or business growth targets.
- Experience developing forecasts, financial models, business cases, and executive-level reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into business actions.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Experience working with digital funnel analytics, customer journey analysis, and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, performance metrics, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience translating complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
