Who we're looking for:
We’re looking for a Sales Associate reporting into the Senior Manager, Partnership Sales. The Sales Associate is accountable for helping to build and maintain TV and digital revenue, separating sales responsibilities from system transactions to boost operational efficiency, allowing Account Managers maximum time spent cultivating business, growing strategic relationships with influencers & decision makers.
The Sales Associate will oversee client account service and coordination on a group of accounts, maintaining the integrity of each campaign purchased throughout its life cycle. The ideal candidate is experienced in both digital and TV media landscapes and should possess an understanding of the evolving media landscape.
What you'll do:
- Transactional Task Management:
- Drive to exceed yearly revenue team targets. Sales Associates handle system transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed in daily operations, driving in-house sales.
- Assist Account Managers with RFPs, packaging and presenting proposals for RSM conventional and specialty stations that deliver on client KPIs.
- Campaign Support Execution:

- Support campaign execution by coordinating operational details and maintaining workflow continuity.
- Work with Adops and Account Managers to ensure digital campaigns are being monitored and optimized to deliver in full.
- Data Hygiene Maintenance:

- Maintaining clean, accurate data in Salesforce is a key responsibility to support sales insights and operations.
- Support the entire post-sale client journey for digital campaigns including but not limited to booking campaigns, gathering tags, inflight reporting and posts.
- Enabling Strategic Selling:
- By managing operational tasks, Sales Associates allow Account Managers to focus on strategic sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, establishing a positive solution-focused forum to continuously learn and grow together.
- Work constructively with other departments essential to grow our business, including but not limited to Revenue Management, Traffic, AdOps, Insights and Go to Market.
- Other duties as required from Account Managers and Senior Managers.
