Agile Change Lead (SPC). Reporting to the Tech Hub People Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for the change management practices and activities required to sustainably scale the organization to the Full SAFe® configuration.
This role is accountable for the evolution to a lean-agile mindset and practices to improve the understanding and adoption of agile at scale. This includes facilitating knowledge sessions, fostering momentum, and using continuous improvement methodologies.
The role is also responsible for the improving “Business Agility” performance KPIs and measurement systems through relentless improvement.


What you will be doing:
•    Driving the need, urgency, and vision for change
•    Championing the Lean-Agile Mindset, Competencies and Principles
•    Building and executing the transformation backlog to achieve Full SAFe®
•    Coaching executives to create a strong coalition for change
•    Train, certify and coach all Agile practitioners
•    Influencing Value Stream mapping, ART identification and launch
•    Enabling Champions of Change to increase organizational capacity to support new value streams
•    Sustaining the transformation through data driven continuous improvement and ownership of Business Agility KPIs
•    Maintaining alignment to the evolving SAFe® guidelines through community of practice connections


What you bring :
•    Bachelor’s degree in business admin/strategy, computer science/engineering or equivalent experience
•    3+ years experience managing Transformation efforts; Agile Transformation is a definite asset
•    Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), is required; 
•    SPC enabled and experienced Training and Coaching foundational/leadership and role based certification paths
•    Open minded with a continuous growth attitude is a must; confident to challenge the status quo and follow-through with appropriate tact
•    Strong leadership skills to build relationships among Executive Leaders and drive results without reporting relationships
•    Proficient in analysis for data driven decisions; six sigma certification an asset
•    Experience playing leadership roles in Agile execution – Business Owner, Scrum Master, RTE, etc.
•    Understanding of Change Management practices; Prosci® certification is an asset
•    Understanding of Design Thinking practices, with a focus on Customer Centricity
•    Proactive self-starter who will comfortably move forward in the face of ambiguity
•    Strong business and technical acumen and professionalism, excellent presentation skills with solid verbal and written communication aptitude
