Rogers for Business is looking for passionate, goal-oriented individuals to join this winning team. The Segment Manager, Wholesale is an exciting opportunity to make a difference as we continue to grow in this unique customer segment.

The Segment Manager is a pivotal member of the Wholesale marketing team. Creating marketing assets and programs that demonstrate the value and position of the products and services we offer to wholesale customers is the main accountability for this role. Based on the Wholesale strategic plan, the Segment Manager will build a marketing plan to deliver customer and revenue growth.

Fundamental to the success of this role is a strong understanding of the Wholesale customer segment. These customers have different service and technical requirements than enterprise customers. The importance of relationships is very high with Wholesale customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create and execute annual marketing plan for the wholesale segment
  • Design and execute customer events and conference sponsorships
  • Design marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to the wholesale segment
  • Build relationships with the wholesale sales team, product management and other partners across the organization
  • Act as the subject matter expert within Marketing, Product and Services for the Wholesale segment

What you bring to the role:

  • Combination of experience or training that has allowed the successful candidate to understand telecom services and customer needs in this segment
  • Combination of experience or training that has allowed the successful candidate to understand what marketing can do to demonstrate the value and differentiation of Rogers for a Wholesale customer
  • Comfort and confidence partnering with Sales leaders and Clients
  • The successful candidate must be organized and focused
  • The successful candidate should be creative and results oriented
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
