Who we are looking for:
We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Sr Analyst Campaign Management. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Residential Campaign Management, the successful candidate will be someone who can help us nurture and accelerate the adoption of Agile Marketing best practices. The role also requires ability to code in SQL, SAS and/or Python, create/execute campaign logics through variety of CRM channels (OBTM, Statflo, Email, DM). The ideal candidate thrives at delivering automated and insightful solutions to data problems, has an affinity for data and analytics in support of driving both product-level and business decisions and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Participate in ideation sessions and documenting requirements
- Execute Marketing programs using CRM platforms like Alteryx, Adobe ACC, Salesforce
- Support evolving adoption of Campaign Management technology
- Liaison with technical support teams for issue resolution and development of best practices within CRM environment.
- Identify opportunities to increase workflow &/or automation and minimize obstacles against Work In Progress
What you bring:
- Post secondary degree in a business or technical discipline
- Must have 5+ years of Digital/Analytical/CRM support experience, knowledge of the telecommunications industry an asset
- Demonstrated strong customer service orientation; strong team player, cross-functional collaboration, interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, experience in task automation
- Agile thinker with strong analytical skills and sound decision-making skills
- Ability to explain complex topics in concise, easy-to-understand language
- Strong proficiency in database analysis
- Experience using CRM tools and SQL is required
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Experience coding in SQL, SAS and/or Python
- Deep understanding on Marketable Base waterfalls, DNC and CASL logics as well as Contact Strategy Rules
- Experience working in the Telecommunications/Wireless industry
- Deep understanding of marketing campaigns, tactics, cohorts, and journeys
- Robust knowledge of CRM platforms like SAS MA, Salesforce and Adobe
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) to interact effectively with senior leadership
- Experience with Alteryx, Python, R, SAS, AWS, Snowflake and other data analytical tools. Loves data and finding ways to be efficient including automation. (3+ years)
