The Performance Management team is looking for a finance professional (Senior Financial Analyst) that is ready to take on a challenging and unique opportunity to help contribute to the company’s financial reporting.  As a member of the Cost Transformation team, you will be preparing consolidated financial and metrics related reporting for the CEO, CFO and other ELT members.  You will interact with various cross functional teams including the various business units (Consumer, Enterprise, Media, Support Groups, etc…).  We are looking for an individual that can leverage exceptional business acumen and apply themselves to this high-exposure role.  This role will support the key financial reporting functions such as monthly financial reports, forecasting, and budgeting. The successful candidate will be expected to synthesize financial data into relevant analyses to support Executive decision-making. Strong technical (Excel/PowerPoint) skills are a desired asset, as the SFA will be looked upon to take current financial reports to the next level

  • Assist with preparing the quarter-end reporting and cost packages summarizing results for the CEO, CFO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Collaborate with the monthly budgeting, forecasting, planning programs as required
  • Assist in preparing deep-dive analysis of costs expenditures and present findings to top-level management
  • Process reviews to identify instances of inefficiencies to make recommended changes
  • Post implementation project reviews and assessments
  • Support and be a key business partner in driving the Cost Optimization initiative forward
  • Enhance and assist in developing expense analytics and reporting across the company
  • Provide general assistance with ad hoc work as necessary



  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience. 
  • University Degree and accounting/finance designation preferred (CPA/CMA/CGA/CA/CFA)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease with communicating with various levels in the organization (including senior management)
  • Strong team skills, but ability to work independently
  • Very high-level individual contributor with considerable independent judgment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business groups and other finance organizations
