We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Distribution & Partnerships. In this position you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating and executing agreements related to key digital distribution and partnership opportunities. This includes developing relationships with Business to Business (B2B) partners for the distribution of RSM’s products and services.  You will also be responsible for establishing and achieving key performance indicators (KPI’s) to evaluate an ongoing relationship with B2B Partners. 

In this role, you will work collaboratively with internal teams such as Ad Sales, Digital Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Insights to implement initiatives related to and required by RSM’s contractual obligations.

To be successful in this role, you need to be well versed in digital platform distribution models and have solid negotiation skills, strong analytical proficiencies, and also be familiar with the new digital video content distribution landscape.  At the same time, you must be able to maintain strong working relationships with both partners and diverse internal teams to deliver on commitments made by RSM and grow distribution. 

What you will do:
Identification of and Negotiation with B2B OTT platforms:
•    Identify, develop, negotiate and execute distribution agreements with new (3rd party) digital distribution platforms to support Direct-to-Consumer growth targets.
•    Identify television product bundling opportunities and distribution opportunities.
•    Identify, pursue and execute distribution partnership opportunities e.g. loyalty programs; commercial bulk accounts etc.
•    Manage the on-going relationships for all third-party digital distribution platforms.
Business Management
•    Manage and oversee coordination between Business to Business clients, RSM digital and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and delivery on contractual commitments.
•    Monitor, research and analyze the competitive media environment, new products and distribution arrangements that could inform RSM strategies and decisions.
•    Establish, track and assess key performance indicators for partnership opportunities.
•    Provide insights for business case development

What you will bring:
•    Strong background and understanding of digital content distribution across multi-platforms, particularly in an IP environment.
•    Experience in developing new client relationships and contract negotiations
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met or exceeded.
•    Excellent communications (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships.
•    Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver on timelines.
•    Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
