Reporting to the Manager, Shared Services Projects, Payments and Reporting, the qualified individual's main responsibilities are to reconcile and manage TSC AP related processes and transactions. The individual will also perform ad-hoc reports and analytics, data analysis related to Special Discounts, Travel & Entertainment, and Employee Expense. In addition, the position entails thorough understanding of the reconciliation process as it relates to AP Trial Balance and General Ledger.
What you'll be doing:

Reconcile and adjust TSC (Today's Shopping Choice) related accruals, investigate variances and post adjustments

Reconcile daily and monthly TSC balance loads and GL Reconciliation for inventory, freight and duty
-
Support the TSC team for any invoice and payment inquiries, ad hoc requests, vendor table reconciliations, reporting requests, etc.

Identify issues, analyze, problem solve and provide recommendations for process improvements

Perform monthly variance analysis on vendor spend and assist with the KPMG quarterly audit process

Assist to complete monthly AP GL Liability and AP Sub-ledger reconciliations for Media, Cable, Wireless and RCI
-
Assist with forecasting the AP Treasury spend on a weekly/monthly basis

Execute ad-hoc analytics as required by Business Units and Executive Leadership Team

Develop dashboards and reporting views for review and approval by executives

Provide transition support and audit process documentation

Participate in the testing of system patches/upgrades by developing and reviewing user cases for regression testing; review and validate QA test results

Create, test, and manage UiPath scripts for continuous automation of Shared Services Department
What you bring:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Data Visualization and Analytics skills

High proficiency in Microsoft office applications

Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and objectives

Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning and organization skills

Post-Secondary degree/diploma or equivalent certification in a business related field

Process improvement and automation experience and ability to think outside of the box

Excellent knowledge of Oracle Ebiz and Noetix
-
Knowledge of Cable and Wireless analytics
-
Experience in systems integration testing, evaluation and implementation

Experience in designing and testing internal controls

Good working knowledge of Rogers billign systems (V21, SGI, Maestro), UiPath or equivalent, SAS, SQL

Strong team work and collaborative skills

Self-starter, able to manage and prioritize multiple complex tasks with minimum supervision

Proven result-oriented goals with a proactive style to implement new processes

Proven track record of working with large groups or teams to implement changes resulting from financial analysis
