Who we are looking for:
We are seeking two creative, dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Specialist, Sports Partnerships & Specialist, Entertainment Partnerships. Interested? You will contribute to brainstorming, planning and executing Rogers Partnerships.

We are seeking two individuals to join us as Specialist, Sports Partnerships & Specialist, Entertainment Partnerships to join our support across our best-in-class Sports & Entertainment Partnerships portfolio including National Hockey League (NHL), Live Nation, Toronto Maple Leafs, Edmonton Oilers, Vancouver Canucks, Toronto Blue Jays, TIFF, Tennis Canada, Golf & more.
What you’ll do:
- This candidate will leverage Rogers partnerships portfolio to drive business results, including:
- Work with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners to execute partnership-marketing campaigns. Specific portfolio and responsibilities to be established based on the successful candidate.
- Work with Partnerships managers to lead day-to-day relationships and responsibilities across key partnerships including planning, strategy, creative development/ approvals, execution, and reporting.
- Support Rogers tickets & hospitality administration working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors required. Execution of hospitality events associated with partnerships activations including client events & VIP experiences.
- Lead integrated partnership marketing projects, including:
- Campaigns from concept development to execution
- Prepare memos / decks to brief agency partners and internal stakeholders
- Lead campaign creative development, approvals & partner integrations
- Execution of virtual and/or in-person activations associated with Rogers’ partnerships
- Support all aspects of partnerships activations including inventory management of merchandise, contesting and fulfillment, customer engagement, paid media campaigns, experiential activations
What you have:
- 3-5 years of marketing and/or related partnerships experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sport management, or related field preferred
- Project management skills to prioritize multiple high-profile and large-budget projects at once
- Effective verbal & written communication skills, with a focus on preparing memos/ decks
- A collaborator that can work successfully across all organizational levels, with colleagues, senior executives, customers, or partners with the ability to establish relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Innovative self-starter with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in standard suite of Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Adobe & Design Suite an asset
- Bilingual an asset
