The R4B Business Unit is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about assessing new opportunities, solving problems, and driving meaningful improvement. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Reporting & Analytics, you’ll be responsible for supporting the R4B Marketing, Product & Advanced Services teams. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and reports to deliver positive customer and financial results.


What you will be doing:

  • Own and maintain data/reporting infrastructure by creating datasets, connecting to the right data sources, an modeling data through SQL and Power BI to power critical dashboards leveraged by multiple teams
  • Deliver insights from dashboards to executives
  • Assess, build and lead the implementation of reporting to support a new lens’ into the business
  • Leverage your analytical insight skills to provide support to various cross-functional stakeholders and help assess new market and revenue opportunities
  • Lead post-launch reviews of programs and tactics, to understand performance, learnings, and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Flexibility to adapt to business, and willingness to work in non-agile, or agile environments
  • We need someone who can:
    • Engage partners – understand the business and anticipate needs; collaborate well
    • Deliver quality – steer robust and meaningful outputs, with agility and attention to detail
    • Interrogate the status quo – challenge old habits, ask why, and find a better way
    • Influence and drive change – secure alignment across teams and leadership to ensure we are focusing on the right things, the right way

What you bring:

  • Strong data analytics experience - ability to pull, summarize and interpret data to drive informed recommendations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and desire to win as a team 
  • Strong business acumen – ability to identify qualitative and quantitative implications of new opportunities
  • Ability to communicate and present in a clear and concise manner to key decision makers, including Directors and VPs
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Proficiency in SAS an asset
  • Curiosity, desire to challenge the status quo, ask questions, and think creatively
