As an experienced Senior ERP Analyst, you will join our Supply Chain Operations team. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and continuously improve the user experience, relevance, and effectiveness of decision support tools.
As a Senior Supply Chain ERP Analyst, you will report to the Manager, ERP Solutions & Implementation. You will be a key member of the team that supports Supply Chain functions within EBS & Oracle Cloud. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that the ERP system aligns with the evolving needs of the business, enhances operational efficiency, and supports the seamless flow of materials, inventory, and logistics across our network.
What you will be doing:

Define and capture data and analytics requirements for key performance indicators.

Design, build, and maintain streamlined, centralized, and automated databases, data feeds, and reports.

Provide advanced analytics to business units to help their day-to-day operations, such as inventory management, transportation, forward fulfillment, and reverse logistics.

Identify and lead initiatives for continuous improvement, leveraging ERP system functionality to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Back up duties as required.
What you'll bring
-
5 years+ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics operations and processes
-
Experience with Oracle ERP & Oracle Cloud
-
Proficient with MS Excel, Access & Visio, VBA, XML, EDI, web API’s

Experienced with large datasets from different sources.

Advanced skills in statistical modeling and analysis.

Leadership skills with the ability to influence, coach and direct others.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and detail oriented

Proven project management skills with ability to deliver projects on time, to specifications and within budget in a fast paced, multiple project environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and the ability to remain organized and focused in a very fast paced environment where multiple and changing priorities are the norm.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in defining end user requirements used to design business solutions.

University degree, Lean Six Sigma accreditation, P.Log preferred

Highly motivated and result driven.
