We are looking for a seasoned strategy leader who understands how to build strong narratives, create compelling decks and drive results. In this role, you will work closely with the Wireless Senior Leadership Team and partner with key stakeholders in order to bring the strategic vision to life.

This full-time position is based in Toronto and reports to the Senior Director, Wireless Planning and Strategy, with a dotted line to the CMO.  

 

What you will be doing:
•    Provide strategic thought leadership and story telling.
•    Work closely with senior leaders to develop our <60-month strategic plan.
•    Accountable for helping shape the medium and long-term strategic vision.  
•    Communicate and align on the strategic plan and direction with cross-functional teams.
•    Support and manage the development and execution of strategic initiatives and facilitate the strategic planning process.
•    Support Brand, leads, and personalized communication strategy. 
•    Develop strategic documents (memos and decks) for internal and external audiences.
•    Complete ongoing competitive, market analysis, strategic intelligence research and identify benchmarks and trends with the market.
•    Keep track of the Wireless strategic priorities and workstreams execution.
 
What you will bring:
•    5+ years of experience in consulting and/or strategy.
•    3-5 years of experience with executive presentation (presenting to C-level executives and Senior Leadership Teams).
•    Exceptional storytelling, deck development and presentation skills 
•    Outstanding analytics and communication skills, being comfortable performing complex data analysis and presenting to key stakeholders.
•    Strong business and financial acumen, being able to drive insights from available data and effectively communicate their value to the business. 
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with experience succeeding in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.

•    Ability to define and prioritize initiatives while working cross-functionally and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
•    Strong cross-functional team management and program skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
•    Ability to deal with ambiguity and to turn concepts into a plan.
•    Passionate to drive change and results.  
•    Highly organized and detail oriented.
•    Managerial courage.

 

Great-to-haves:
•    Telecommunications experience and/or wireless experience
•    Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
