Senior Manager, Digital Personalization


About the Job:


You are passionate about creating awesome digital experiences for our customers. As part of our Digital Data & Analytics team, you will play a key role in driving digital personalized experiences by developing our strategy and leading a cross-functional team that is responsible for expanding our capabilities to deliver on that strategy. You will work with stakeholders across Rogers to evaluate the potential of use cases, determine the data and personalization requirements and work with our technology teams to deliver capabilities that allow us to enable modern marketing and data driven customer experiences.


What you will do:


  • Leverage data to size and communicate the opportunity available through personalized digital experience to increase sales and drive digital adoption
  • Quantify, track and communicate the opportunities of each use case
  • Partner with stakeholders across Rogers to plan, design and execute use cases that drive business impact
  • Be an expert on our current capabilities that enable personalization and A/B testing
  • Stay informed on new capabilities and best in class, innovative entrants in the space
  • Develop our digital personalization strategy and wit with our outcome delivery and technology teams to deliver on our personalization roadmap
  • Uncover insights to find and prioritize use cases and work with the team to develop hypotheses and run tests to validate hypotheses before implementation
  • Partner with our Data Science team to develop ML models
  • Create a prioritization and measurement framework to determine business impact


What you will bring:

  • BSC or MSc degree in engineering, computer science or analytics
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in digital & optimization
  • Strong proficiency in modern marketing technology (digital experience platform like Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM, Marketing automation)
  • Proven team leader with a focus on coaching and growing top talent
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude and influence key stakeholders at the working and executive level
  • Passionate about how data can solve business problems and improve digital experiences
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to story tell with data
  • Creative and innovative thinker who’s not afraid to try new things​​​​​​
