Title: Senior Marketing Manager, Value Proposition
 
Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy, the Senior Manager will focus on creating and sustaining a marketing strategy and differentiated value proposition for the Smart Home portfolio. You would be working very closely with a cross functional team from product, brand, commercial strategy, channels, digital and go-to-market (GTM) teams to build and execute plans to deliver on annual subscriber and revenue targets for this portfolio
 
Responsibilities:
•    Support the creation and evolution of the Connected Home Value Proposition framework
•    End-to-end ownership of the marketing strategy and value proposition for the Smart Home portfolio
•    Manage the Smart Home value proposition to drive product superiority and differentiation
•    Deliver a differentiated Smart Home roadmap based on key customer segments needs and insights
•    Work with cross functional teams to define the Smart Home journeys and ensure a best-in-class customers experience
•    Work with brand team to drive the Smart Home awareness, interest and preference metrics in the market
•    Ensure the proper positioning and merchandising of Smart Home value proposition in channels and on rogers.com
•    Work with pricing to build a profitable and differentiated commercial, pricing and packaging strategies
•    Partner with campaign management team to deliver a Smart Home path-to-purchase
•    Support large cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business to deliver business objectives
•    Monitor Smart Home performance, provide insights on areas of opportunity, and build plans to drive penetration growth
•    Manage continuous product improvement to ensure easy self-serve setup and support and drive margin growth
•    Track product LTR drivers and results, and build plans to address customers pain points
•    Research global best practices to assist in developing the long-term plan
 
Qualifications:

•    Experience in marketing strategy, planning and execution
•    End to End Marketing thought leadership across the 7 Ps 
•    Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills
•    Excellent analytical and business performance management skills
•    Market, Competitive and Customer Insights and Strategy bench strength 
•    A proven ability to challenge status quo, think outside the box, and come to the table with creative solutions to day-to-day problems
•    Experience working autonomously and demonstrating cross-functional leadership
•    Effective communicator with strong presentation and story-telling skills
•    Track record of effective leadership with solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills
•    Curiosity to solve pain points, address needs and deliver best in class customer experience
•    Growth mindset with desire to push past ambiguity, challenge status quo and create value
•    Agile, outcome based, test & learn mentality
•    Excellent written & verbal communication skills
•    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to influence without authority
•    University degree-preferably focused in marketing, business or economics. MBA is a plus
