Reporting directly to the Sr Director, Data Strategy & Analytics, is responsible for data-driven customer insights, and to deliver B2B Marketing Performance insights for performance-marketing (marketing funnel tracking, and media spend ROI). Embracing the mantra of  "data as a strategic asset", this role will build and deploy enhanced data science and data product capabilities, leveraging AI & ML technologies for innovation. 


The Sr Manager, B2B Marketing Performance & Advanced Analytics will partner closely with key stakeholders in Marketing, Brand and IT  and is responsible for identifying revenue opportunities and execute programs and strategies that focus on improving our customer base revenue, reducing churn, growing share of wallet and drive customer acquisition to increase market share.  

In addition this role would lead the transformation vision and efferts for Marketing's needs and roadmap, collaberatiing with Marketing steakholders, Digital and IT.


In addition this role is responsible for enabling and operationalizing data science and advanced analytics to disseminate customer insight/foresight and accelerate value creation across a variety of strategic use cases (e.g., base management/churn, cost optimization, operations effectiveness, audience intelligence and marketing optimization, network experience and investment prioritization, etc.).  experience with Einstein integration and Marketing Cloud is an asset.


What you will bring:

  • Extensive B2B working knowledge
  • Strong working understanding of B2B MarTech and AdTech is welcomed
  • Strong business, financial, technical and program management acumen, manage and lead a high-performance team, as well as an ability to work with stakeholders  in a high-paced environment
  • Ability to achieve results by leading, collaborating and influencing other team members who are not within the same reporting line or functional group
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills as well as a "can-do" attitude is required
  • Strong grasp of data science principals, Salesforce Einstein and AI application is mandatory
  • Working experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Hadoop, SAS, Oracle, is mandatory
