Who we're looking for:
The Digital Data Analytics Senior Analyst plays a key role in analyzing customer behaviour across digital platforms and translating data into actionable insights that improve customer experience, conversion, engagement, and business performance. This is a hands-on analytics role supporting Digital Product, Marketing, UX, eCommerce, and Technology teams through performance measurement, journey analysis, experimentation, and reporting. The Senior Analyst will work closely with the Digital Data Analytics Manager to identify performance drivers, uncover customer friction, and support data-informed decision-making across web and mobile experiences.

The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and comfortable working with multiple data sources. They can move from a business question to a structured analysis, communicate a clear story, and recommend practical actions.

What you'll do:

  • Digital Analytics & Insights
    • Analyze customer behaviour across websites, mobile applications, self-serve experiences, and digital buyflows using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, Dynatrace, Firebase, and other data platforms.
    • Conduct funnel, pathing, segmentation, cohort, and customer journey analyses to identify performance drivers, friction points, and conversion opportunities.
    • Translate complex datasets into clear findings and practical recommendations that inform product, marketing, UX, and digital optimization decisions.
    • Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, engagement, conversion, revenue, digital channel mix, retention, journey completion, and customer satisfaction.
    • Size business opportunities and measure the impact of digital releases, campaigns, enhancements, and experience changes.
  • Reporting & Dashboarding
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics Workspace, or similar tools.
    • Provide timely performance commentary that clearly explains what changed, why it matters, and where action may be required.
    • Automate and improve reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase the accessibility and consistency of insights.
    • Validate metrics and reconcile data across sources to ensure stakeholders have a reliable view of performance.
  • Experimentation & Optimization
    • Support A/B testing and experimentation by defining success metrics, validating test design, analyzing results, and communicating recommendations.
    • Partner with Product and UX teams to identify and prioritize experience improvements based on customer behaviour and performance data.
    • Measure the incremental impact of product launches, feature releases, campaigns, and digital experience enhancements.
    • Maintain a clear record of test findings and help build reusable organizational knowledge about customer behaviour.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Product Owners, UX, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Operations, Technology, and other business teams to understand objectives and measurement needs.
    • Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences through concise storytelling, clear visualizations, and actionable recommendations.
    • Contribute analytical expertise to business cases, prioritization discussions, and performance reviews.
    • Manage multiple analyses and reporting deliverables while communicating timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Data Quality & Tracking
    • Validate digital tracking implementations and investigate anomalies, reporting discrepancies, and data quality issues.
    • Support tagging and measurement requirements using Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
    • Work with developers and analytics implementation partners to ensure business requirements are translated into accurate, testable measurement solutions.
    • Document metric definitions, tracking logic, and analytical methodologies to improve consistency and reuse.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay current on digital analytics practices, tools, measurement approaches, and emerging customer experience trends.
    • Explore new analytical techniques, including AI-assisted analysis and predictive methods, where they can improve insight quality or efficiency.
    • Contribute ideas to strengthen team reporting, experimentation, data quality, and digital measurement capabilities.
    • Share knowledge and analytical best practices with peers and stakeholders.

What you bring:
