The Sr. Analyst Digital R4B (Rogers for Business) will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Digital Analytics R4B and be the SME for customer behaviour with the focus on R4B. The candidate will work closely within the Digital Data & Analytics team and Digital R4B team to identify and quantify digital adoption risks and opportunities, recommending actionable plans.

 

 Job Responsibilities / Tasks

 

  • Develop hypothesis including testing and execution of opportunities to increase self-serve adoption within Digital particularly in R4B unit and other functional units i.e. CBM, Retail, CARE.
  • Analyze R4B customer level data to derive insights to risks and opportunities
  • Able to pull data to formulate and structure self-serve story to senior level management
  • Assist in the development of long-term strategic objectives for digital adoption for both service and sales transactions
  • Work with the Digital leadership team and senior business leaders to scope and initiate projects aimed at resolving critical self-serve/buy flow issues
  • Provide analytic support and insight in the development and implementation of strategic plans
  • Develop recommendations and aid senior leadership team to make key business decisions and/or transactions
  • Develop post implementation reviews (PIR) on campaigns driving digital adoption

 

 Accountabilities

 

  • Profile and segment the customer base, exploring opportunities to improve digital adoption
  • Driven to provide insight and guidance on how the digital stakeholders can better utilize data, identify the different opportunities that exist, and be proactive in providing the senior leadership team with this insight
  • Able to synthesize business/industry dynamics, and possess the technical acumen and creativity to develop an analytics and insights road map
  • Utilize advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of analytics to drive digital adoption growth
  • Pull and galvanize complex customer profile and interaction data sets to map and optimize customer journey and experience
  • Present insights and results of marketing plans and campaigns to senior leadership

 

 Education & Certifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree, in Business, Marketing Research, Analytics or Statistics
  • Excellent skill level in SAS, Azure, Oracle, SQL, Azure, AWS, Hadoop, R, Python and their according data models, and major visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau
  • Strong experience in statistic modeling, segmenting, profiling, clustering, machine learning
  • MBA or equivalent work experience, Financial modelling skills will be asset

 

Required Skills

 

  • 4+ Years in data modelling, profiling, and segmentation
  • 4+ Years in Analytics and Business Planning
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in technology; network, product and digital; preferably in telecom
  • 1+ Years Rogers work experience
  • Digital marketing experience would be an asset
