Rogers is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Performance, reporting into the Senior Manager, Digital Performance. In this role, you will support the Business and Operational Performance tracking and story of the Digital BU.

What you will be doing:

·         Update and manage business and operational KPIs on a weekly and monthly frequency (eg: online sales, online channel mix, system error % etc.)

·         Work with Manager, Business Performance and Manager, Operational Performance to produce weekly and monthly business reviews including:

o    Maintain and update excel database with the latest KPIs

o    Update PowerPoint decks for weekly and monthly reviews

o    Assess risk to delivery and performance, escalate appropriate issues in advance and provide recommendations to mitigate

·         Collaborate with the Digital BU community to understand and align on KPI definition, source, calculation methodologies

What you bring:

  • 2+ years in a Finance, Data Analytics, or related role where you produced weekly / monthly reports for senior leadership teams
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications (PowerPoint) – these will be the tools you will use every day to maintain KPIs and share results
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and determined to learn + improve skills on an ongoing basis

·         Ability to inspire and influence across organization to gain alignment and support on recommendations

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills – a team player is essential to this role

·         A strong ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets and to effectively communicate these to stakeholders and executives is highly valued

·         Experience with Adobe Analytics / Omniture, Report builder, DOMO and Atlassian suite such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus

·         Experience with DOMO and SQL is an asset

·         University degree in a related field
