Your Job:
As a Sr. Analyst, Reporting & Analytics, you will be part of the digital advertising product and data team responsible for the introduction of people-based and data-driven advertising products and managing the evolution and development our audience segmentation and analytics.You will own the process of connecting all the sources of data internally and externally, create predictive models, and perform the necessary analysis and reporting to support the development of audience segments and inform our advertising platforms.


What you will be doing: 

  • Understand and connect large volumes of data and analyse the different data sets to find patterns, trends, and insights to capture a good view of the audience and/or campaign performance.
  • Develop statistical models for prediction and segmentation of audience data and campaign results.
  • Define and maintain data-driven audience segments covering first and third party data for purpose of digital advertising.
  • Design segmentation strategies based on behavioural data, market research, testing of new ideas, as well as continues tracking of results.
  • Develop automated processes to report on and analyse performance advertising campaigns, audiences segments, and predictive models.
  •  Work with the team to create an on-going process of data-driven optimization of advertising performance as well as innovative approaches to new product ideas.


What you will bring to the role:

  •  Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics or other quantitative field is required.
  •  4-5 years of experience in area of data analytics and audience segmentation.
  •  Experience with database query and analytics tools/software such as SQL and SAS
  •  Experience building automated reports using BI tools such as SAS.
  •  Experience automating manual processes.
  •  Experience building back-end datasets for BI visualization tools such as Tableau, MicroStratregy, Power BI, etc.
  •  Experience working with big data across multiple platforms (Hadoop/Hive, Oracle, etc.)
  •  Capabilities with statistical programming languages, example R or Python is plus.
  •  Experience with audience analytics and segmentation tools, example Web Analytics; Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Data Management Platform; Adobe Audience Manager, is a plus.
  •  Highly organized with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to details.
  •  Excellent time management and problems solving skills and capacity to work independently.
  •  Flexible to adjust to evolving business needs with ability to understand objectives and communicate with non-technical partners.
  •   Passionate about new ideas and emerging market trends.
