The Talent & Performance team supports the vision for Rogers by helping to build a high performing culture and robust leadership pipeline as part of a comprehensive People and Culture strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent & Performance, the Senior Analyst will partner with various stakeholders within HR to build, customize and manage analytics and dashboards, providing metrics and research insights to promote data-driven decision making within the portfolio. What you will be doing:

  • Manages governance of confidential talent and performance data, including the collection, auditing and maintenance of data with accuracy, consistency, quality and integrity
  • Partners with systems team to explore, test and implement technical solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors reports and self-serve dashboards), and provides training on solutions to client groups
  • Serves as subject matter expert for talent and performance data, assisting the team and leadership in diagnosing organizational gaps between current and desired state
  • Prepares summaries, reports, scorecards, and other materials to easily communicate insights to various audiences, up to and including C-suite/Board of Directors
  • Utilizes research methodology to answer targeted questions related to talent pipelines, succession plans, performance trends, and other key areas of interest
  • Utilizes descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to generate key insights from talent and performance data to support portfolio planning and strategy
  • Manages ad-hoc requests from clients and related clarifications
  • Enables cross-learning with Talent & Performance team and shares knowledge on reporting tools, capabilities, and best practices


What you have:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences, Statistics or related major field of study; MA/MSc preferred
  • 5 or more years experience with reporting, preferably in HR or Finance, and/or behavioural research methodology
  • Advanced proficiency with statistical analysis software including SPSS, SAS, R, or required tools
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and ThinkCell
  • Strong experience with MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting features would be a huge asset
  • Previous experience in HR or understanding of HR processes preferred
  • Extremely detail oriented with analytical mindset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate to a diverse client group
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Able to manage multiple priorities/projects effectively and efficiently, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines, with demonstrated project management ability
