Who we are looking for:
Working in a fast pace & high visibility work environment to deliver latest pricing strategies from business to market. Ability to improve the existing processes to increase quality and efficiency while reducing friction for our customers.
What you'll do:
- Ensure excellent customer experience and invoice accuracy for all pricing configurations
- Work with IT to understand functionality, when it’s unfamiliar to ensure full understanding of the program being delivered to production
- Deliver continuous improvements on end-to-end process for all Pricing and Billing configurations
- Take full ownership and accountability for billing issues related to V21/SGI/Maestro
- Engage in Problem Solving with PBS Managers to continue to improve performance measures • Review targets with Manager on a regular basis
- As per company policy the position presently requires 4 days in-office with 1 day permitted to work from home. On February 2, 2025 it becomes mandatory 5 days in-office on an ongoing basis.
What you bring:
- Knowledge using Billing systems in V21 is a MUST. Maestro & SGI is an asset.
- Knowledge of SQL, database queries through Toad/SQL Developer (asset)
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Excel Proficiency Intermediate
- Experience working within cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, time management skills
- Energetic self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Seasonal (all of Nov/Dec) and also periodically throughout the year, on-call requirements for weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and mornings/evenings to support business through critical selling/heightened awareness period or changes to market activities; Project launches, competitive intelligence, gap close, etc.
