Sr. Analyst Sales Compensation Delivery

We're seeking a qualified Senior Analyst as a key member of our Sales Compensation Delivery team. This role requires a person who is detail-oriented, performs at a high level of accuracy and efficiency, is well organized, and demonstrates ownership and initiative to accomplish goals. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, possess very good problem-solving skills and is a process-oriented individual.

What you will be doing: 

  • Review documentation submitted by the Sales Channels to ensure program compliancy prior to payment
  • Configuration of Callidus rules to support compensation change requests and new compensation plans
  • Ensure all configuration is completed correctly to process accurate and timely payment of commissions to Dealer & Partner Retail Sales Channel
  • Assist with the integration and automation of Callidus payment processes. This will include identification of system requirements, writing use cases and test cases, user testing, developing job aids, Callidus reporting and dashboards
  • Ensure operational controls for all set-up processes and payments are in place and are working effectively
  • Implement proactive solutions and identify new processes to reduce compensation inquiries and escalations
  • Lead in cross functional meetings with the ability to highlight and identify compensation issues while determining execution and operational impacts
  • Act as the subject matter expert in cross functional projects to deliver new compensation solutions
  • Liaise with I.T. teams on system fixes and trouble tickets processes
  • Create/update process documentations on setup processes
  • Reporting and analytics on Commission payments
  • Implementation of special projects and ad hoc requests as required

What you have:

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in a Finance/Data analysis role
  • Advanced SQL scripting and Advanced MS Excel skills are a must.
  • CallidusCloud/SAP Commissions experience an asset
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, process and organizational skills are a must
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and objectives
  • Highly effective communication skills (oral and written), coupled with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to manage own work load and meet deadlines while responding to frequent demands of multiple customers
  • Extensive experience with data and process set up, management and analysis
  • Knowledge of Vision 21, Maestro systems is a definite asset.
  • Telecom Industry experience is an asset.
