We’re looking for a Sr. Demand Ops Specialist!


What you will do…

  • Manage planning, setup, pacing and reporting of ad campaigns on DSP platforms and social platforms.
  • Review and QA campaign details and ad creative to ensure they comply with specifications.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot any issue with ad tag implementation, impression or click discrepancies, or other ad serving.
  • Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure client’s targets are met successfully.
  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand client expectations and recommend the appropriate campaign approach.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign results to provide insights and suggest improvements to enhance future results and document best practices.
  • Assist in coordinating new product launches with peers and leadership
  • Create training documentation and lead sessions with adjacent teams.
  • Train team members in new platforms and techniques.
  • Engage and update team on industry moves and changes.
  • Connect with various leadership to streamline process and bring up concerns.


What you will bring…

You have a strong grasp of digital advertising technologies with experience across multiple ad servers, DSPs, DMPs and other media buying platforms. This will be backed by your knowledge of online ad serving tech, including tracking and conversion mechanisms and implementation, rich media tags, HTML, and JavaScript. Your analytical brain is always firing and you love to determine the optimal ways to setup, deliver, troubleshoot, and QA campaigns. Excel is a daily tool you wield. Pivot tables are key. You are able to self-manage, keep track of, and organize your work. You have a high attention to detail and a great level of accuracy in completing tasks. You do not find tight deadlines daunting and multiple priorities all at the same time is normal. It doesn’t bother you to support campaigns outside of regular office hours on occasion. You are comfortable and capable communicating with sales, ad tech teams, and leadership.


Ultimately, we are looking for someone with an eye for anomalies and the curiosity to investigate and gain insight from their presence. You are someone who is willing to press all the buttons to find out what they do in an interface. You are excited to share new tech and insights with your team. While not often, you can deal with making mistakes, even big ones. You are someone the team can depend on and you have no problems reaching out and interacting with other teams and groups in the business.
