We are looking for a Sr Analyst, Digital Analytics & Implementation, who will be responsible for deploying and maintaining Adobe/Google tools and solutions across Rogers Media properties. This individual will work across the organization demonstrating the value of data by driving the business forward by creating and maintaining the framework that allows Rogers to understand and derive insights about audiences to its digital properties.

What you will do:

  • Build, Implement, Standardize & Maintain Tag Management Strategy across our media properties
  • Demonstrate an understanding, and proactivity in seeking new & innovative solutions for implementing JS code to capture the desired metrics and solve business problems
  • Oversee, build, and maintain JavaScript within Adobe Launch including QA and UAT activities
  • Document and manage tagging demand and development communication through JIRA and Confluence
  • Work with the business and development teams to add, update and verify implementation of analytics measurement on brand websites, apps, connected devices, and campaign landing pages including both single page apps and non-SPA sites.
  • Help in developing a strategic roadmap for analytics and measurement on MBU digital properties
  • Implement media campaign audience pixels to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Work in a cross-function environment with various technical and business stakeholders to scope and establish a web analytics implementation for new and existing initiatives (from concept to execution of tracking features)
  • Convert scope and requirements documents to Solution Design Documents.
  • Participate in clients' QA and deployment processes (must be comfortable with different implementation approaches, i.e. Agile).
  • Provide support to end users, providing Adobe Implementation training or custom solution design as needed.
  • Assist business stakeholders to increase and improve their usage of Adobe Analytics
  • Identify potential gaps or opportunities in digital data analytics strategy.
  • Provide interpretation guidance to aid decision making by business leaders, as well as proactively inform teams with relevant insight that can be put to operational use quickly and direct internal efforts
  • Act as a champion for brainstorming new ideas to create insights out of raw data in a quick and efficient manner


What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in digital analytics implementations working with Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Adobe Launch/DTM, or Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe/Firebase Analytics Mobile SDKs.
  • Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Charles proxy, HTTP, Watch, or any other browser-based extensions.
  • Experience in Adobe Experience cloud tools & solutions (Target, Audience Manager, AEP, Adobe APIs etc.)
  • Strong knowledge with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern framework (AngularJS, React, etc.)

  • Good understanding of digital ad tech trends; including identity management, data collection, activation, and measurement concepts.
  • Experience with data science and analytics platforms and reporting and visualization tools is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as flexible to adjust to evolving business needs and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Superior communication skills; ability to understand objectives, lead business and technical discussion and communicate effectively.
  • Passionate about new ideas and emerging market trends.
