- Build a high performing engineering culture
- Manage and coach a team of developers; set clear expectations, remove blockers, and grow talent.

- Lead product strategy & KPI delivery
- Own the product strategy for Chatr Digital—set objectives, prioritize roadmaps, and translate data insights into growth hypotheses and experiments.
- Hit digital sales targets by driving the tactics that move KPIs (traffic quality, engagement, flow through, conversion, assisted to unassisted mix).
- Manage the product lifecycle end to end: concept, delivery, early life care (ELC), incident/defect handling, and ongoing adoption optimization.
- Ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and on strategy for the business line.
- Align stakeholders & vendors
- Partner closely with Marketing and Pricing to solve critical business problems, sharpen value props/offers, and coordinate go to market.
- Influence across Digital—recommend platform/process improvements and drive alignment on best practices (even with more senior stakeholders).
- Own vendor partnerships: define deliverables, SLAs, and integration standards; ensure outcomes and accountability back to Rogers.
- Lead retrospectives and change adoption; inspire teams to adopt process improvements and governance updates.
What you bring:
- 5+ years in digital product management and/or technical delivery, with 3–5+ years leading engineering or cross functional delivery teams.
