Senior Manager of Digital Adoption (Fido & Chatr)

 

 Job Description 

   

The Senior Manager of Fido/Chatr Digital Adoption will report directly to the Director of Digital Adoption and be the owner for increasing digital adoption for the Fido and Chatr brand. The candidate will work closely with Fido and Chatr leadership alongside the Digital Adoption insights team to identify and build a strategy to achieve business goals.

 

 Job Responsibilities / Tasks

 

  • Working with Self-Serve capabilities team and the business units to understand new products/functionalities that are going to be launching and what types of products/functionalities they need
  • Building of marketing and channel marketing plans, Q+, GTM etc..
  • Work with the Brand, CBM team and senior business leaders to scope and initiate projects aimed at resolving critical Self Serve issues
  • Guide and manage teams to ensure that deliverables are completed on time
  • Build strong and ongoing relationships with business leads, assisting on business specific analysis 
  • Work collaboratively across the organization, facilitating effective communication across business units and functional lines of business
  • Serve as strategic thought partner to CBM, brand and Channels (CARE & Retail)
  • Develop post implementation reviews (PIR) on campaigns
  • Campaign execution
  • Leading and managing concurrent projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (Initiation through Closure).
  • Development and implementation of strategic plans for Self-serve Marketing in year and Long Range Planning including roadmap and CAPEX functionality build
  • Develop recommendations to directors and senior business leads to make key business decisions and/or transactions
  • Assist in the development of long-term strategic objectives for Self-Serve marketing
  • Drive self serve adoption strategy and collaborate/influence with cross functional teams

 

           Accountabilities

 

  • Strategic direction on Self-Serve Adoption Strategy for Fido and Chatr
  • Insights and presentment of findings to VP, SVP and C-level
  • Ability to influence VP, SVP and C-level on strategic direction of Self-Serve Adoption
  • Present insights and results of marketing plans and campaigns to senior leadership

     

     Education & Certifications

     

  • Bachelor's degree, in Business, Marketing or Statistics
  • MBA or equivalent work experience

     

    Required Skills

     

  • 8+ Years in Marketing and/or Analytics
  • 8+ Years work experience preferably in telecommunications
  • 5+ Years Rogers work experience
  • Digital marketing experience would be an asset
  • Ability to pull and interpret data  would be an asset
