We are looking for a Sr. Product Analyst – Digital Experience who will be responsible for leading digital audience segmentation strategy across Rogers Media properties to support advertising, personalization, and insights and measurement business use cases.

 

Sr. Product Analyst – Digital Experience is a unique role that is categorized into 2 different sets of responsibilities

 

What you will do:

 

Customer Data & Data Management Platforms

  • As an experienced audience segmentation specialist, you will work with the Rogers Enabled Data (RED) team to come up with insights-driven audience segments using our Data Management and the newly introduced Customer Data Platforms (DMP & CDP).

  • Identify opportunities to scale audience data sources, including 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party data to enhance audience effectiveness

  • Identify new audience segmentation opportunities and generate insights to drive DMP strategy

  • Oversee Data Management Platform (DMP) segment intake process and other day-to-day operational tasks.

  • Assist to integrate new data sources and destinations into our DMP & CDP platforms to enhance audience capabilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of audience segments available for use in targeting and retargeting and identify potential gaps or opportunities in digital audience strategy.

  • Help in developing a strategic roadmap for audience segmentation in the new cookie-less world.

  • Provide support to end users, providing Adobe Audience Manager training or custom solution design as needed.

  • Assist business stakeholders to increase and improve their usage of Rogers Media’s DMP & CDP tools.

 

Personalization / Optimization

  • Supporting the marketing team to co-develop targeting tests/experiences, using technology to create bespoke digital journeys and driving better engagement for the RSM online and app  users.

  • Work cross-functionally with digital marketers, developers, analysts and designers to plan and execute optimisation campaigns.

  • Maintain a roadmap of website testing initiatives and personalisation campaigns.

  • Serve as a subject matter authority on design of experiments including test structure, success metrics, and duration.

  • Ensure timely execution of optimisation campaigns, share results with partners, and recommend next steps.

  • Oversee, guide and consult Product Owners on hypotheses testing, A/B & MVT test development and prioritization;

 

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital audience segmentation using Adobe Audience Manager or other leading DMP.

  • Experience with Online Behavioral Targeting and Web analytics tools: Adobe Analytics , Google Analytics or ComScore platform.

  • Previous experience with Digital Optimization tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Maximizer) considered as a strong asset

  • Experience in Adobe Experience cloud tools & solutions (Target, Audience Manager, AEP, Adobe APIs etc.)

  • Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Charles proxy, HTTPWatch or any other browser-based extensions.

  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Experience with DSPs, 3rd party data, ad serving, real-time bidding, and ad exchanges.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as flexible to adjust to evolving business needs and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of legal issues around data privacy and security

  • Maintain knowledge of current DMP & CDP media trends
