Who we're looking for:

We’re seeking a strategic, systems-minded Sr. Product Designer to lead the design of how offers are presented across our digital platforms. This role is central to shaping the customer experience—making offers clear, compelling, and easy to act on. You’ll collaborate with product, data, engineering, and marketing teams to craft intuitive, visually engaging, and conversion-optimized designs that align with our brand and business goals.

This role blends systems thinking with visual design excellence: you’ll map and optimize the end-to-end offers journey across digital touchpoints, while also creating high-impact marketing assets that are consistent, accessible, and on-brand

What you'll do:

  • Experience Design & Strategy
    • Design compelling, conversion-driven marketing assets that elevate the presentation of offers across web and app.
    • Map and optimize the offers journey across digital touchpoints, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance.
    • Champion accessible, responsive, and user-centered design, aligned with AODA/WCAG standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, development, analytics, marketing) to deliver seamless and engaging experiences.
  • Design System Contribution
    • Contribute to Rogers’ design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products.
    • Partner with the Design Systems team to build reusable, high-quality components that meet accessibility and usability standards.
    • User Research & Performance Optimization
    • Work with the Personalization & Optimization team to conduct usability testing, A/B and multivariate testing to validate and refine designs.
    • Analyze behavioral data (heatmaps, usability studies, analytics) to inform and optimize design decisions.
    • Leverage user research and insights to drive data-informed design improvements.
  • Project Management & Collaboration
    • Partner with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Channel Owners to define strategic direction and elevate the customer experience.
    • Lead offers-related design initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring smooth handoff and execution.
    • Oversee design QA to maintain design integrity and meet user experience goals.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
    • Stay current on UX/UI trends, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies to keep Rogers’ digital experiences innovative.
    • Experiment with new design techniques, interactive formats, and storytelling methods.
    • Foster a culture of design thinking, accessibility, and continuous learning within the Experience Design team.

What you bring:

  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio of high-impact, on-brand marketing assets.
  • A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design across complex journeys and digital ecosystems.
  • Expertise in Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and cross-platform design.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and work management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital/User Experience Design or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product design, with a solid foundation in UX architecture, UI design, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • 3+ years of experience designing for eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure and optimize performance.
  • Experience in retail and telecommunications is an asset; understanding of eCommerce and service journey analytics is a bonus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and advocate for design decisions.
