The Sr. Product Manager, Wireless is a key role on the Consumer Wireless Product Management team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Wireless Products, the role will have accountability for portfolio management of Systems Uplift projects, including the evolution and introduction of new systems and capabilities for the business.

What you will be doing:

  • Working closely with Product Management, Technology and Pricing to manage a roadmap of high-priority projects
  • Working with the Wireless Marketing and Product teams to develop 36-month roadmaps of capabilities and new system deployments
  • Act as business owner and product manager for multiple high-priority transformational programs, in partnership with technical and business resources
  • Work closely with peers and other stakeholders to shape project plans and report on progress
  • Drive efficient requirements gathering and tracking with a focus on time to business value
  • Execute post-implementation reviews against original business cases and deployment dates to provide key learnings for future considerations
  • Develop executive-level presentations and dashboards in partnership with business owners to report on status, key risks, and progress
  • Ensure that project decisions, trade-offs and roadmaps are aligned with business strategy and priorities, and work with the broader business as required to mitigate risks
  • Exhibit a continuous improvement mindset, always trying to simplify the implementation of products and services for our customers

What you bring:

  • A sense of humor and love for making technology relevant to a consumer and the marketplace and a true desire to win
  • A self starter, action-oriented personality with a proven ability to drive results
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks/budgets (with high visibility) simultaneously
  • Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills at all levels throughout the organization
  • Strong communications and persuasion skills (written and oral)
  • Strong project management skills, GTM experience an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Comfortable and able to thrive while working with ambiguity
  • High attention to detail, ability to think two steps ahead, excellent follow-up skills
  • Has a natural flair for industry-leading communications techniques
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology-oriented industry, in a marketing, strategy, or product management role
