We’re looking for an ad product marketing specialist to help lead the product and go-to-market strategy in the digital audio and digital out of home (DOOH) advertising space.


We’re building the future of media in Canada, and this role is focused on two of the fastest growing platforms in the Canadian market today!  If you are excited by the growth in podcasting, streaming audio, and how data can help to drive outcomes for marketers, this role could be for you!


The successful candidate will help to execute on sales strategy across our streaming audio, podcast and DOOH portfolio. In this role, you will ensure that the strategic vision for each product is executed. This will include working with operational and revenue management teams to ensure that products are set up in order management and ad serving systems, supporting our local and national sales teams on training and product updates and supporting the GTM team in the creation of sales collateral. You will act as an internal subject matter expert on both products and will play a key role in driving the future growth of these products at RSM.


This is a unique opportunity to be at the centre of RSM’s strategy to grow our presence in the emerging fields of digital audio, podcast, and DOOH.


What you will do…

  • Execute on strategic priorities as set out by product owners in the digital audio and DOOH space
  • Manage business cases for new ad product launches
  • Work with the GTM team to ideate, create and maintain sales collateral for local and national teams
  • Present product updates and act as a SME for sales teams on product features and booking requirements
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on product improvements to product owners
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are set up and functioning in order management systems
  • Support ad product owners to drive growth in audio and DOOH products, exceeding revenue targets

  • An understanding of the digital advertising landscape
  • An understanding of current and future trends in both digital audio and DOOH markets
  • An understanding of how data can improve the customer and marketer experience
  • A demonstrated history of success in working cross-functionally and supporting various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external clients
  • A drive to establish and continuously improve process through gathering and incorporating feedback from stakeholders
  • An ability to navigate large organizations and optimize for speed
  • A strong desire to win and delight our clients and customers
