This role is in Execution Enable Team that supports both Wireless and Connected Home. We are a team embedded in business that understands systems, processes, data and financial implications of how things are done to guide technological roadmaps and capital investment prioritization. We connect the dots across various functional groups and use our 360 degrees contextual guidance to explore solutions across systems and processes. The team is a service to the internal customers and brings experts together to drive solutions.

The System Enhancement Lead will enable, optimize and accelerate system capabilities for program execution that drive desired business outcomes. This individual will collaborate closely with several internal teams such as Marketing, Pricing, Product, Digital, and IT to create and improve capabilities for best in class delivery and customer experience.


What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Pricing users to understand and solve for gaps in our system capabilities to support growing targeting marketing needs for both Connected Home and Wireless
  • Proactively gather opportunities for future technical capability projects through intake forums to solve for limited system controls, optimize campaign execution and improve speed to market
  • Drive requirements for capabilities with business context and assess ROIs for Product, IT and Digital teams as they build technical solutions to for business needs
  • Plan, consolidate and provide input to future capability roadmaps across various teams to deliver business enablement solutions that work together
  • Facilitate prioritization discussion, highlight delivery risks and provide trade offs to relevant stakeholders

  • Attention to detail to understand what exactly each of our ordering and billing systems can do and how and precisely articulate the gaps to solve for business use cases
  • Ability to prioritize information for decision making and assess priority based on relevance and value to business
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, mitigate cross-functional challenges and resolve roadblocks in project execution
