The Talent Acquisition Manager for Frontline will be based in Toronto and will be responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition team supporting Call Centre, Retail and Field Sales across Ontario.
This position will report to the Director Talent Acquisition Frontline.

You work collaboratively with the talent acquisition team, key stakeholders and HR business partners across all regions on our continued journey to build a world-class talent acquisition organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of Recruitment Consultants that are accountable for filling hundreds of positions per year with the right talent
• Be an effective consultant to the business at the senior levels and build hiring strategies to ensure Rogers hires the right talent into the right roles
• Lead your team to be excellent assessors of talent against Rogers corporate values, culture competencies and skill
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong client relationships with senior executives
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Sound analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills with an ability to understand broad Human Resources issues and resolve conflict situations in a diplomatic manner
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Business Leaders on defining effective staffing strategies
• Conduct interviews for senior level positions as needed
• Partner with your peer Talent Acquisition Managers to drive new and innovative recruitment initiatives for the business
• Leverage your strong business acumen and leadership skills to drive a high performing team
• Understand and keep informed on best practice candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies, trends and technology
• Measure, track and report on recruitment performance against defined metrics, including Hiring Manager and new hire satisfaction
• Ensure operational efficiencies by leveraging ATS recruitment technology
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Recruitment with a focus on talent, workforce planning and urecruiting
• Must have previous high volume and corporate recruitment experience, preferably with sales and/or outbound call centre
• Prior experience leading a large team of recruiters, a minimum of 4-5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, leadership and mentoring
• Sales savvy, client engagement, and internal consulting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic to meet challenging and changing deadlines
• Ability to lead and manage special projects at a local and National level
• Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information
• Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
