The Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club is currently seeking energetic, friendly and approachable individuals to join our Box Office Team.  Ticket Sellers are responsible for providing a smooth transaction while selling system-generated tickets and distributing Will Call orders to our fans.  Each seller is expected to understand the Rogers Centre seating plans and to provide outstanding customer service.  Please note that this is a seasonal contract position and as such, applicants must be available to work all 81 Toronto Blue Jays home games.



  • Ensure that each fan is met with a warm smile and a friendly greeting
  • Conduct in-person ticket sales at stadium box office locations using the Ticketmaster selling systems
  • Answer customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner
  • Balance daily deposits with total system sales (accuracy essential)
  • Have an experienced knowledge of the Blue Jays seating plan and all related ticket pricing
  • Be familiar with the Rogers Centre facility and surrounding area in order to provide correct directions to the public relating to stadium entrances and directions to/from Rogers Centre
  • Have a knowledgeable understanding of all Blue Jays and Rogers Centre staff policies



  • Availability to work each evening, weekend and holiday Blue Jays home game
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A committed, professional and proactive approach to Customer Service Excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers as well as staff members at all levels within the organization
  • Reliable, responsible and punctual
  • Ability to work well both independently and as a team player
  • Proven cash-handling skills and experience with computerized sales
  • Ticketing experience; knowledge of Ticketmaster selling systems preferred (PCI, Archtics)
