Job Title: Toronto Blue Jays - 2020 Seasonal Hiring - Various Roles
The Toronto Blue Jays are hiring for the 2020 season!
We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help make the 2020 season a success. Successful applicants must be able to work all 81 home games and be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays (i.e. Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, etc.) as required.
Please note: these are seasonal roles based on the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule running from approximately March – October 2020.
We are currently hiring for the following roles: 50/50 Game Day Fundraiser - Sell 50/50 raffle tickets to fans during games, and act as a Jays Care Foundation brand ambassador in the stadium. Ballpark Setup Attendant - Be involved with the setup and tear-down of event space for various events hosted at Rogers Centre, such as concerts, training courses, trade shows, clinics, etc. Facility Attendant - Maintain the cleanliness of the stadium during games and events. Field Operations Attendant - Primarily responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of the baseball field, batting practice screens & equipment, and indoor batting tunnels. Maintenance Technician - Responsible for the general maintenance and aesthetics of the Rogers Centre. Retail Sales Associate - assist with the ultimate fan experience through fulfilling team merchandise needs by interacting with fans. This position is available in various locations: Rogers Centre (gate 5, gate 1, or kiosk location on the concourse) and the Eaton Centre. Security The incumbent will ensure a safe and friendly atmosphere for all guests and employees. Provide a controlling influence at all entrances to Rogers Centre and throughout the facility. Ticket Taker - Admit fans with valid tickets into the stadium and guide them to the general direction of their seating area. Usher - Responsible for providing correct seat locations to fans based on their tickets and proactively monitor assigned area for any medical, safety or incorrect seating issues. |
