The Rogers for Business Customer Service Operations (R4B CSO) CSO Enablement team is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Development Lead.  Reporting to the Manager, CSO Enablement, the Development Lead will work closely with their peers, and stakeholders in CSO and Organizational Development, on training projects aligned with CSO’s training priorities, including I AM Service and Mission Possible.


What you will do:

  • Develop or update web-based training modules or micro-learning content
  • Facilitate instructor-led training (virtual or in-person post-COVID vaccine)
  • Create or update procedural documentation and/or job aids
  • Complete pre- and post-training administrative duties (coordinate scheduling, sending surveys, etc.)

What you will bring:

  • Has 1-2 years experience designing and/or delivering training
  • Has working knowledge of instructional design and delivery, and adult education principles
  • Embraces and learns new technology easily
  • Is bilingual (French/English)
  • Has excellent written and verbal communications kills
  • Has experience with any authoring software, with the ability to learn Articulate Storyline (or has experience with Articulate Storyline)
  • Is proficient with Office365 applications, with a high degree of skill in PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with Axonify an asset
  • Experience with graphic design an asset
  • Experience in CSO and/or with R4B products and processes an asset
